A business needs time to grow and so did mine. I started my career as an executive in the Banking Sector, the year was 2000. For nearly one decade I worked in banking sector, learning so many new things that helped me in all my endeavors. I was preparing myself subconsciously for the future and now when I think about it, I suppose that this business was meant to be.

In 2010, while I was starting my business which has become my current goal and I am very near to achieving that goal, if one asks, what made me start off as a strategic planner for the reality sector? I would simply put two words forward – Organizing workflow. The day I started as an individual broker, I realized that this sector needs organization and professionalism for an effortless workflow. I thrived to be the one-point contact for the consumers and the developers, with exceled services and a positive approach.

The very first name for our organization was Siddharth Enterprises. As the team grew, we decided on a new brand name – RSP Realty. Our main objective is to be one of the best property management firm, covering Mumbai and progressively taking on PAN India. We want to be recognized as the firm who made it possible for people to reach their dream homes and for developers to have the ideal customers waiting for them.

In the year 2012, I started a charitable organization, focusing on girl child education – Shiksha Seva Foundation which supports 1180 girl’s education in Mumbai. The changing narratives of today are paving the way for a new tomorrow where the ambitions and dreams of the females of our society are boundless. Our NGO thrives to make women of our country independent. I have heard our forefathers say, that it isn’t important to educate the girls, Subconsciously, I rebelled and that rebel made me support the girls of our nation, educationally.
